Huge and unique room with a magnificent view from the window. The bed was good and the breakfast was varied. Stunning position further down the beautiful valley of Puigpunyent. So close to the Oleum restaurant, a truly magnificent island and restaurant options of various standards.

The staff, all of them, were lovely. The food was excellent & in a room that featured an old olive press. Our room was divine -- we were upgraded -- & the full moon from our terrace capped it off. The grounds were lovely even though it was too chilly for swimming. Wonderful art all around.
Loved the hotel ... absolutely no complaints.

High quality meals, overall everything was very easy.
The staff was very pleasant on arrival and throughout the stay. I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. I loved that there were tea and coffee, and a sitting area...

Nestled on a hillside overlooking magnificent mountains, the hotel offers a serene ambiance in a charmingly historic setting. Guests can experience an elegant dining experience at Oleum restaurant and explore the island via the hotel's tour service to discover its UNESCO world heritage site ancient caldera. Rooms are tastefully decorated with modern amenities such as minibars and safes, while breakfast is a delight with its extensive buffet options.
Potential frustration during the peak season might arise due to non-guests availing of the pool and cabanas which can leave limited options for hotel guests.

The pool and the views are simply outstanding.
The hotel tries to be something it is not. A luxury hotel needs to be run with a certain understanding of what luxury entails. Solely price does not make a hotel luxurious, it will require excellent service, outstanding rooms and relaxation. If you need to watch your every move not to be stung by the hotel on additional charges, relaxation becomes secondary. It is unfortunate for such a beautiful location.

Good service and fantastic location. Excellent pool environment. Reception staff 1st class. Great hotel.
Machine coffee at breakfast, a 5 star hotel should be able to make fresh coffee to breakfast if you pay 1500€ per night. Tea water was not hot either. Bar and breakfast personnel not up to 5* standard.
